No matter how excited you are for the event, we know better than anyone that wearing an outfit you feel confident and your best-self in is a massive part to ensuring you have a good time. WHAT TO WEAR AS A

Wedding Guest

You’ve got the wedding invite, now you need the outfit. With all the rules that tend to come with attending a wedding, finding the right wedding guest outfit can be really overwhelming. Looking at what’s trending for some guidance is always a good idea, we recommend subtle florals, cowl neck lines & midi or maxi styles and following the simple tips below if you want to be the best dressed guest.

  • Don’t wear white
  • Don’t wear something to distract from the bride
  • Do follow the dress code

The Races

Race day dress codes tend to be quite strict, but this shouldn’t make you feel limited in how you can express yourself (however, always check your location’s dress code first). Everybody knows the races are a great excuse to get fully dressed up. Keep your dress for the races classic with pastels and prints or opt for a smart but chic dress. Alternatively, go for a matching blazer and trousers set.

  • Do check the dress code
  • Do upgrade your look with accessories

What to wear to graduation

double-striped swim shorts | Graduation

You deserve to feel your best on your Graduation day, it’s a day you’ll remember forever and your outfit should be no different. Whilst your gown and hat will be a focus it’s important to feel 100% confident in the outfit underneath, choosing a colour that contrasts your gown will mean that your outfit will still stand out and peek through. We recommend something lightweight to slip neatly under the gown and keep you cool & comfortable for the entire day. Our most important tip for looking good is feeling good, pick something you love & feel confident in.

  • Do wear something comfortable – you’re going to be in this all day
  • Do look at more than just dresses – a suit can be a great option
  • Don’t choose the same colour as your graduation gown – it will all blend together

Prom

Prom is the biggest night of the year and the perfect opportunity for you to have your main character moment. Whether you choose a long prom dress to make your entrance, a short prom dress to dance the night away in, or no dress at all… it’s your chance to make a statement and so you want to feel comfortable but powerful. Not feeling a dress? We are loving co-ords and bright colours, from hot pinks to cobalt blues.

  • Don’t limit yourself – it’s your night to be centre stage
  • Don’t opt for something you can’t move in – you’re going to want to dance
  • Do wear an outfit you’re comfortable in – it doesn’t have to be a dress

Night Out

A night out is always a good idea. If it’s date night or girl’s night we have all the going out dresses to choose from. • Do consider what type of night it is – for example if you’re going to be sitting down all night you don’t want something too tight!
  • Don’t limit yourself – you can never be too dressed up
  • Do think about what you’ll wear again – there’s always an other night out and it’s great to have a go-to outfit in your wardrobe

Occasions

You’ve found the outfit for your occasion and you now need to think about the makeup to match. Similarly to your outfit, the best beauty advice we have is to opt for what makes you feel most confident. But if you’re really stuck with where to start some of our top tips are:

  • A dewy and fresh base – start with some moisturiser and always SPF
  • Defined but natural brows – fluffed up and filled in eyebrows can really shape your face
  • A subtle pop of colour – whether it’s a peachy blush or a light pink lip
  • A glowing finish – finish off with some highlighter
